Peach Freezer Jam

Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches, peeled and crushed
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 ounces liquid fruit pectin
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine peaches and sugar.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 let stand 10 minutes.
- 4 in small bowl, combine pectin and lemon juice; pour over peaches.
- 5 stir thoroughly 3 minutes (a few sugar crystals will remain) spoon into freezer proof containers.
- 6 cover.
- 7 let stand in fridge for 24 hours.
- 8 store in freezer.
- 9 (butter bowls work great).
