Peach Freezer Jam

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and crushed
  • 3 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 ounces liquid fruit pectin
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine peaches and sugar.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 let stand 10 minutes.
  • 4 in small bowl, combine pectin and lemon juice; pour over peaches.
  • 5 stir thoroughly 3 minutes (a few sugar crystals will remain) spoon into freezer proof containers.
  • 6 cover.
  • 7 let stand in fridge for 24 hours.
  • 8 store in freezer.
  • 9 (butter bowls work great).
