Ingredients

- 1 lb butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium trout, without skin
- 1/2 lemon
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet.
- 2 add onion and trout with onion on bottom.
- 3 wait until onion starts popping and squeeze in lemon.
- 4 stir occasionally until trout is flakey.
