Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- bacon grease
Recipe
- 1 heat a good amount of bacon grease in a skillet.
- 2 crack egg into skillet and break the yolk.
- 3 the sides should begin to firm.
- 4 spoon grease over egg to cook.
- 5 egg is ready when it is firm in and out.
- 6 do not overcook.
- 7 drain on paper towels, top with salt and pepper and enjoy!
