Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups water, cold
- 1 egg , stiffly beaten
Recipe
- 1 extract juice from fruit; add sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- 2 freeze to slush.
- 3 fold in stiffly beaten egg and continue freezing until firm.
