One-step Crab Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, fluted
- 1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup swiss cheese, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese, cut in â½-inch squares
- 1/2 lb fresh crabmeat, picked over
Recipe
- 1 line a pie plate with pie crust.
- 2 in a large bowl, whisk thoroughly 3 eggs.
- 3 add and mix together all other items listed above, except crabmeat.
- 4 lastly, stir in gently the crabmeat and pour into the pie dish.
- 5 bake in preheated oven at 350°f for 1 hour.
- 6 remove; dust with old bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 minutes.
