One-step Crab Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, fluted
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese, cut in â½-inch squares
  • 1/2 lb fresh crabmeat, picked over

Recipe

  • 1 line a pie plate with pie crust.
  • 2 in a large bowl, whisk thoroughly 3 eggs.
  • 3 add and mix together all other items listed above, except crabmeat.
  • 4 lastly, stir in gently the crabmeat and pour into the pie dish.
  • 5 bake in preheated oven at 350°f for 1 hour.
  • 6 remove; dust with old bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 minutes.
