Rice And Cheese Casserole

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 23 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can of chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 4 cups of shredded monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
  • 2 spoon 1/2 of the rice mixture into a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
  • 3 cover with half the cheese.
  • 4 spoon the remaining rice mixture over the cheese.
  • 5 sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 6 bake uncovered at 350°f for 23 minutes.
