Ingredients

- 6 egg yolks
- 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 7 tablespoons marsala wine
Recipe
- 1 beat egg yolks and sugar together until fluffy.
- 2 add wine gradually, continuing to beat.
- 3 cook in top of double boiler over water until the thickness of cream, stirring constantly.
- 4 cool, pour into parfait glasses and chill.
