Sabayon - Zabaglione

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 7 tablespoons marsala wine

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg yolks and sugar together until fluffy.
  • 2 add wine gradually, continuing to beat.
  • 3 cook in top of double boiler over water until the thickness of cream, stirring constantly.
  • 4 cool, pour into parfait glasses and chill.
