Shortcut Hamburger Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium sweet onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's beefy mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 (24 ounce) bag frozen stew vegetables, slightly thawed (potatoes, carrots, and celery)
- 1 cup water (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a dutch oven over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion.
- 2 drain if needed and return to pan.
- 3 add rest of ingredients except water.
- 4 stir to blend all ingredients well.
- 5 cover and turn heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are slightly softened, stirring occasionally.
- 6 add a little water at this point if you want your stew a little on the "thin side".
