- 1 lb crab fingers
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup scallion
- 1 cup celery
- 4 cloves garlic (4-10)
Recipe
- 1 mix all together, pour over crab fingers and chill for two hours.
