Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spinach, bag frozen
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 cup dry rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch mrs. dash table blend seasoning
Recipe
- 1 boil 1/2 c dry rice with 1 tsp butter and 1 1/2 celsius water.
- 2 simmer 15 minutes until done and water is gone.
- 3 cook spinach with a few tablespoons water in microwave 3-5 minutes until wilted.
- 4 mix together milk, eggs, seasoning, rice, chives, and cheese in an 8 inches round or square glass casserole dish thats greased.
- 5 mix in spinach.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. let cool on a towel on the counter for about ten minutes before serving so its easier to cut in slices.
