- 1 cup minced clams
- 2 cups flour

- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
Recipe

- 2 mix in remaining ingredients.
- 3 deep fry until golden brown.
