Smoked Fish Pate

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups smoked fish fillet
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • parsley (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 remove skin and bones from fish and separate into individual flakes with a fork.
  • 2 mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and onion.
  • 3 whip until smooth and fluffy.
  • 4 add fish and parsley and mix.
  • 5 chill for 1 hour.
  • 6 serve with assorted crackers.
