Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 pint sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 break off cauliflower flowerettes.
- 2 cook in salted water until just tender.
- 3 drain and place cauliflower in greased baking dish.
- 4 cover with with sour cream, s& p.
- 5 cover and bake 20 minutest 325 degrees f.
- 6 uncover and add cheese.
- 7 bake until cheese is melted.
