Tater-tot Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots

Recipe

• 1 pre-heat oven to 350.
• 2 brown ground beef in a pan.
• 3 drain beef and return to pan.
• 4 add cream of mushroom soup.
• 5 place beef and soup mixture in a 9x9 casserole dish.
• 6 cover mixture with mozzarella cheese.
• 7 line the top of the cheese with tater tots, covering as much of the cheese as you can.
• 8 bake for 45 minutes at 350.
• 9 aromatics (garlic, hot sauce, etc) to taste, but it's best with just a little hot sauce.
• 10 enjoy.
