Ingredients

• 1/2 lb sausage meat
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 cups soft dry breadcrumbs
• 2 cups hot mashed sweet potatoes

Recipe

• 1 cook sausage meat breaking it into small pieces.
• 2 add onion, celery and seasonings.
• 3 continue to cook until meat is tender.
• 4 drain off fat.
• 5 combine sausage mixture with crumbs and sweet potatoes.
