Slow Cooker Lamb With Pears And Cranberries

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin (at least 1 inch thick) or 1 1/2 lbs lamb chops (at least 1 inch thick)
- 1 (12 ounce) can pears in heavy syrup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except lamb and place in slow cooker.
- 2 put lamb sliced in cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
- 3 serve with wild rice and fresh broccolli. a really nice meal!
