Slow Cooker Lamb With Pears And Cranberries

Total Time: 6 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin (at least 1 inch thick) or 1 1/2 lbs lamb chops (at least 1 inch thick)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can pears in heavy syrup
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except lamb and place in slow cooker.
  • 2 put lamb sliced in cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • 3 serve with wild rice and fresh broccolli. a really nice meal!
