Homemade & Half-way Healthy Summer Sausages

Total Time: 24 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons morton tender quick
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together & form into 2 or 3 rolls.
  • 2 wrap in waxed paper.
  • 3 let set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • 4 remove wrap & bake on cookie sheet 1 hour at 300°f.
  • 5 cool, wrap, & freeze.
  • 6 thaw to serve.
