Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 16 ounces powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• food coloring (optional)

Recipe

• 1 put milk, butter, and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
• 2 mix with a beater until desired consistency is reached.
