Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter or 1/2 cup unsalted margarine, melted
• 3 melted unsweetened chocolate squares
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs, unbeaten

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 beat 2 minutes, low speed.
• 3 add other 1/2 cup milk.
• 4 beat 2 more minutes.
• 5 pour into buttered and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.
• 6 bake for about 25 minutes.
• 7 cool and serve with a nice glass of milk.
