Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 (20 ounce) can sweet potatoes (drained and mashed)
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup melted margarine
• 1 cup crushed ritz cracker
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup melted margarine

Recipe

• 1 mix casserole ingredients thoroughly and spoon into a 3 qt casserole dish.
• 2 mix topping ingredients and smooth over casserole mixture.
• 3 bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
