Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 -4 cups sweet potatoes, mashed (canned okay)
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350f and grease a 3 quart casserole.
• 2 mix together mashed sweet potatoes, eggs, vanilla, butter, milk and coconut.
• 3 pour into greased 12-inch round casserole.
• 4 for topping, mix together brown sugar, nuts, flour and butter.
• 5 crumble over the sweet potatoes (not too thick as it's sweet).
• 6 bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
