Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter thoroughly.
• 2 pour into buttered 1 quart casserole.
• 3 mix all the topping ingredients with a fork.
• 4 sprinkle the crumbs on top of the casserole.
• 5 bake for 30 minutes at 350.
