Lamb Roast & Sauerkraut

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 boneless boston lamb roast
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed (optional)
  • 1 -2 onion, cut into quarters

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into crockpot.
  • 2 cook on high for 1 and 1/2 hours.
  • 3 switch to low for 6-8 hours ( or more ).
  • 4 serve with peroghies and applesauce; or any style of soft potatoes.
