Sunday Dinner Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (17 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (17 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2 lightly grease a 2-quart casserole.
  • 3 in a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  • 4 pour the mixture into the greased casserole.
  • 5 bake the pudding for 1 hour and 10 minutes, until firm in the center and golden.
