Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- marshmallows
Recipe
- 1 combine milk and half-and-half in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
- 2 add sugar and cocoa, whisking until blended.
- 3 remove from heat; whisk in vanilla and bourbon.
- 4 pour into mugs; top with marshmallows, if desired.
