Masala Chai Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 2 lbs butternut squash
- 1 1/2 cups chai tea (brand silver leaf tea's masala chai tea)
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 cut squash into 2 halves.
- 3 remove strings and seeds.
- 4 place squash cut side down in baking dish.
- 5 add warm slt masala chai tea to baking dish.
- 6 bake for 35 to 40 minutes until fork penetrates smoothly
- 7 remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.
- 8 remove squash from skin.
- 9 mash squash.
- 10 add cinnamon and nutmeg (optional).
- 11 enjoy.
