Power Breakfast Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened berries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 4 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender.
  • 2 process until smooth.
  • 3 pour into chilled glass.
