Ingredients
- 10 slices stale bread, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream sugar margarine or butter, salt and eggs.
- 2 stir in pineapple and fold in bread.
- 3 pour in greased casserole.
- 4 bake, uncovered at 350°f for 45 minutes or until crispy.
