Pineapple Bread Pudding

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 16 slices bread, cubed and without crust
  • 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 large eggs, well beaten

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar.
  • 2 add eggs.
  • 3 add cans of pineapple.
  • 4 mix in bread cubes, make sure you mix well.
  • 5 bake in a 3 quart, greased casserole for 1 hour@ 350 degrees, uncovered.
