- 16 slices bread, cubed and without crust
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 8 large eggs, well beaten
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add eggs.
- 3 add cans of pineapple.
- 4 mix in bread cubes, make sure you mix well.
- 5 bake in a 3 quart, greased casserole for 1 hour@ 350 degrees, uncovered.
