- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 dash salt
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 boil, cool, peel and mash potatoes or use 1 can sweet potatoes.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 pour into buttered casserole.
- 5 top with chopped nuts.
- 6 bake 350* 15 min.
