Maple Sweet Potatoes

• 2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes
• 3/4 cup maple syrup
• 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 cook potatoes in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
• 2 drain, peel, slice and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
