Simple Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped or 1 cup pecan halves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 prepare pie crust; set aside.
- 3 in a mixing bowl, beat eggs.
- 4 gradually beat in sugar, until light.
- 5 add corn syrup, butter, and vanilla extract.
- 6 fold in pecans.
- 7 pour mixture into pie crust.
- 8 bake 45 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
