Miss Mary's Famous Apricot Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (17 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 cups ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 in greased casserole dish arrange apricot halves cut side up.
  • 2 sprinkle with brown sugar, then cracker crumbs.
  • 3 dot crumbs with butter.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until casserole has thickened and is crusty on top.
