Pecan Kisses

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups pecan halves

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 250 degrees.
• 2 beat the egg until soft peaks form.
• 3 add the sugar and vanilla gradually.
• 4 add the pecans.
• 5 grease a cookie sheet.
• 6 using a teaspoon, place pecan kisses 1" apart on the cookie sheet.
• 7 bake for 30 minutes.
• 8 turn the oven off.
• 9 let the pecan kisses sit in the oven an additional 30 minutes.
• 10 store in an airtight container.
