Ingredients

- 12 eggs, separated
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups very finely chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites and salt until foamy. gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff but not dry. beat yolks until thick, fold into whites. gently fold in pecans.
- 2 bake in tube ban at 350º for 50 minutes.
