Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion powder
- 1 lb boneless lean lamb butt, cut into four 1 inch thick slices
Recipe
- 1 mix together well all the spices in a medium bowl.
- 2 dredge each lamb slice in the mixture, pressing it into the meat.
- 3 wrap tightly in individual pieces of plastic wrap.
- 4 refrigerate to cure for at least three days, and up to 1 week before using.
