Tangy Meatballs

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 16 ounces cranberry sauce
  • 12 ounces chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 mix together corn flakes, ground beef, onion flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, eggs, and ketchup.
  • 2 roll into small balls.
  • 3 cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then drain grease.
  • 4 mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and lemon juice to make sauce.
  • 5 pour sauce over meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes more.
