Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 16 ounces cranberry sauce
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix together corn flakes, ground beef, onion flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, eggs, and ketchup.
- 2 roll into small balls.
- 3 cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then drain grease.
- 4 mix cranberry sauce, chili sauce, sugar, and lemon juice to make sauce.
- 5 pour sauce over meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes more.
