Rhubarb Slush

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 cups chopped fresh rhubarb or 3 cups frozen rhubarb
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle sprite

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water, and sugar; bring to a boil.
  • 2 reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
  • 3 cool for about 30 minutes.

  • 5 stir in apple juice and lemonade concentrate.
