Palisades Park French Fries

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 large quality potatoes
  • 1/2 gallon water
  • 5 ounces malt vinegar
  • mazola corn oil (only corn oil)
  • salt
  • heinz malt vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 peel and crinkle cut into large pieces.
  • 2 place in a gallon pitcher with the water and malt vinegar (to store extra potatoes).
  • 3 fry the potatoes in the corn oil at medium temperature for two minutes.
  • 4 remove and drain.
