Ingredients

- 1 quart oyster
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- cracker crumb (saltines)
- oil or fat, for frying
Recipe
- 1 preheat fat to 380°f.
- 2 wash and drain oysters.
- 3 beat eggs.
- 4 dip oysters into cracker crumbs; dip into egg and again into crumbs.
- 5 fry until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
