Sour Cream Biscuits

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended.
  • 2 pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees f until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  • 4 batter will make about 10-12 biscuits.
