Lamb Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups dry noodles
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles.
- 2 in large skillet, cook lamb and onions until lamb is done.
- 3 drain noodles, add to skillet.
- 4 add corn, soup, salt and pepper.
- 5 put in a greased casserole dish.
- 6 cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 7 uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
