Red Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton strawberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine yogurt and cranberry juice.
  • 2 add strawberries, raspberries and sugar; cover and process until blended.
  • 3 pour into glasses and serve immediately.
