Tomato Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato bisque soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of shrimp soup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- fresh ground pepper
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
Recipe
- 1 combine soups in a medium saucepan.
- 2 gradually add water and milk, stirring until smooth.
- 3 add chopped parsley, onion and pepper.
- 4 cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until comes to a boil.
- 5 reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- 6 stir in sherry and cook and additional minute.
