Tomato Shrimp Bisque

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato bisque soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of shrimp soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry

Recipe

  • 1 combine soups in a medium saucepan.
  • 2 gradually add water and milk, stirring until smooth.
  • 3 add chopped parsley, onion and pepper.
  • 4 cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until comes to a boil.
  • 5 reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  • 6 stir in sherry and cook and additional minute.
