Quick Walnut Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular mayonnaise or 1 cup soy mayonnaise or 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup walnut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate until needed, enjoy!
  • 3 great on salads, rice, potatoes, vegetables, fish, etc.
