Ingredients
- 1 cup regular mayonnaise or 1 cup soy mayonnaise or 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup walnut oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2 cover and refrigerate until needed, enjoy!
- 3 great on salads, rice, potatoes, vegetables, fish, etc.
