Tilapia Creole Sauce

Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- black pepper, to-taste
- 5 drops tabasco sauce
- 1/4 lb small shrimp, peeled
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except fish and shrimp to a saucepan.
- 2 simmer sauce until slightly thickened.
- 3 add shrimp to sauce. cook 3 to 4 minutes.
- 4 place fish in a baking dish. cover with sauce.
- 5 bake at 350°f for 15 minutes.
