Texas Hot Dog Sauce

Ingredients

• 5 lbs hamburger
• 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon celery seed
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 quarts boiling water

Recipe

• 1 brown burger and then add all spices till blended.
• 2 add boiling water and simmer to reduce to a pudding thickness.
• 3 part out after cool into covered containers and then you can freeze.
• 4 will last up to 4 monts frozen appox 1 week fresh in refridgerator.
• 5 top with diced onions and mustard.
