Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 large lemon
- 1 (3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
Recipe
- 1 cut lemon in half, and squeeze juice over chicken.
- 2 put lemon halves in cavity of chicken.
- 3 brush oil on chicken, and sprinkle with creole seasoning and rosemary.
- 4 bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
