Sunday Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 (3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 cut lemon in half, and squeeze juice over chicken.
  • 2 put lemon halves in cavity of chicken.
  • 3 brush oil on chicken, and sprinkle with creole seasoning and rosemary.
  • 4 bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
