Shucky Beans

Total Time: 14 hrs Preparation Time: 12 hrs Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup dried green beans
  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 inches square salt bacon

Recipe

  • 1 wash about 1 cups of dried green beans.
  • 2 place them in a pan with 4 cups of water.
  • 3 let stand overnight.
