Sea Scallop Saute'

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs sea scallops, cut in half
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in lg skillet.
- 2 add next 6 ingredients.
- 3 shake scallops, a few at a time in a bag with the flour.
- 4 add scallops to pan, saute for 5 minutes.
- 5 add last 4 ingredients; heat through.
