Sea Scallop Saute'

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 lbs sea scallops, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in lg skillet.
  • 2 add next 6 ingredients.
  • 3 shake scallops, a few at a time in a bag with the flour.
  • 4 add scallops to pan, saute for 5 minutes.
  • 5 add last 4 ingredients; heat through.
